HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR REBATE
1. Purchase a qualifying product during the qualifying rebate dates.
2. Don't throw away the box. Take pictures of the CORSA UPCs (see example below) and keep your receipt.
3. Select the appropriate rebate form.
4. Fill out completely and accurately.
