Description
This cold air intake system produced 13 max horsepower, 17lbs. x ft. torque and out-flowed the factory intake by 37%. Included in this cold air intake system is a 18 gauge powder-coated heat shield and a massive 8" tall, oil-free aFe Power Pro DRY S filter. The air filter uses a unique patent pending flange retention design that allows the filter to be securely mounted to the heat shield without any hardware. A huge 1-piece mandrel bent wrinkle-black powder-coated intake tube maximizes air velocity providing maximum performance and throttle response. This is a direct bolt-on kit and requires no cutting or drilling.
Filter Flange Retention Design:
The air filter uses a unique patent pending flange retention design that requires no hardware to mount the filter to the heat shield to provide a quick hassle-free installation with minimal hardware.
Huge 1-piece Intake Tube:
A large mandrel-bent intake tube is used to smoothly direct the increased air flow into the engine for maximum performance.
8" Tall 360 Degree Air Filter:
A massive 8" tall air filter is used for maximum filtration convenience (requires no oils to clean). The Pro DRY S performance air filter features 3-layers of progressively finer mesh synthetic "oil-free" media and is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. The Pro 5R performance air filter features 5-layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze media and is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles.

aFe has developed this intake to provide a hassle-free installation that utilizes all factory mounting locations.
This intake is 50-state legal for 2011-2017 models (CARB E.O Number D-550-14/19/22).
